Food Packaging
FAVOR® PAC 100 products meet the demand for high-quality, safe and environmentally sensitive products imposed upon food packaging products by the USFDA. An indispensable part of the new age of meat, fish and vegetable packaging, it is capable of absorbing at least 50 times its weight in fluid, providing unsurpassed containment of excess fluids within a soaker pad, even under pressure.
Cable and Wire Industry
CABLOC® absorbent polymers are crosslinked or crosslinkable homopolymers or copolymers with water binding groups. Available in both liquid and powder form, CABLOC® products protect power and communication cables from damage by immediately absorbing and retaining penetrating water.
Fire Fighting
FIRECAPE™ fire-extinguishing additives can be used on wild fires, structures and vegetation. Approved by the U.S. Forest Service, its water-filled gel particles adhere directly to burning material, increasing the cooling effect 15-fold while rapidly suffocating the fire and are environmentally safe.
